The problem
Most review platforms ask for feedback after the sale. FuseXperience wanted to capture authentic shopper content before and after purchase, then turn that content into a reward loop for both shoppers and brands.
The build
I built the Laravel application end to end: review capture, post-purchase flows, coupon rewards and the database behind them. I provisioned the Hetzner server and still own the deploy.
The detail
The product has to hold shopper content, merchant review and reward state in one place. The application connects capture, review and coupons instead of stitching three separate tools together.
